Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Product Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they meet the conditions stated on the product page and the return request is approved by Delioor.

Customers must submit a return request within the applicable return period through Delioor’s official support channels.

Returns are subject to Delioor’s inspection and approval.

2. Return Method

Products may be returned only after return approval is granted by Delioor.

Once a return request is approved, customers must send the product to Delioor’s designated office address using a recognized courier or delivery service (such as Steadfast, Pathao Courier, or equivalent).

The return address will be provided after return approval.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged for return shipment.

3. Inspection and Approval

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt at Delioor’s office.

Delioor reserves the right to reject returns if:

The product is damaged due to improper packaging

The product shows signs of use or misuse (unless returned for a defect)

The return does not comply with the approved conditions

4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product delivered by Delioor or its vendor.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Delioor’s or the vendor’s error.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled as soon as possible provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
